Lived here for 8 months and there’s always some maintenance going on. Haven’t had consistent water works for about 3 months.

Such a beautiful property! It was clean, modern and the residents are so friendly and answered all of our questions. Chelston was so informative and forthcoming regarding the concerns we had about past reviews. Thank you guys so much we look forward to moving in!

Hi yall! My roommate and I moved in last month and absolutely love our home! Chelston helped us so much with the application and had so much patience. She is truly amazing! They also are very speedy regarding pest control or any maintenance requests!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I sent this to the apartment complex this morning. I understand if what I think is not a priority, but it’s been over a month. It’s not a priority to them either. === I’ve asked for various things to be fixed when I moved in, the fridge, ants, garbage disposal. All has been fixed except for the fridge. There is a rattling noise that can be heard through my place and I submit a ticket when I first move in a month ago and it hasn’t been fixed. Adrian said he’s follow up the following week, that was 3 weeks ago. Every time I reached out to Chelston she is somewhat oblivious of the status, the fridge still rattles and it hasn’t fixed itself. I’m very unhappy with the responsive of Villae staff. They are nice enough, but there is no service after the sale, and I feel as though they could care less about the residents.

Do Not Lease Here!! Absolutely a horrible experience they overcharged me for damages lied about a claim and reported to multiple collection agencies and acted oblivious to what was going on. When I finally got them to do something to remove the inaccurate charges from collections they ghosted me and have taken weeks to cut a check to pay back charges and still haven’t paid to clear my inaccurate collections they are very unprofessional PM Serene is a Joke!! She manipulates and doesn’t help resolve any issues she has consistently made matters worse instead of quickly fixing her mistake. They also have pest issues within the units scorpions, wasps nest plus spiders and all the bs fees they add this community is not worth the hassle plus no amenities for the prices they charge is absurd. Avoid at all cost
