Moved out today but I will always love this property. Didn’t want to leave but had to for personal reasons! CeCe made this transition smooth! Moving in here Dec 2025 and leaving out! I appreciate her dearly for her time and efforts!

"I'm so glad I chose this place! Cece was incredibly helpful and got me moved in super fast. Adriana & B were also a big help when Cece was away. Love that it's pet-friendly - all the furry friends are adorable! 🐾 The complex is quiet and well-kept, I've had a great experience so far!"

Moved in this weekend and couldn’t be more thankful for Cece! From coming in, getting approved, the move in process… everything went so so smooth. I love my apartment I’m in the bigger 2 bed on the first floor! Parking is something I hope gets fixed in the future cause having to move cars to the very front for guests cause there’s no parking is kinda a bummer. Outside of that, this by far was the smoothest move in I have ever had. Internet being already installed also was a big plus. Thanks Cece!

B was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was super helpful and genuinely kind throughout the entire process, taking the time to really explain everything and make sure we fully understood what we were getting into. She put a lot of effort into answering our questions and showed an incredible amount of patience, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. I’ve been with Alexan Magnolia for about six months now, and they have always been great maintenance requests are handled very quickly, and any issues are fixed promptly.
