Nothing but people smoking weed everywhere. Loud music day and night. If you value your sanity, go elsewhere.

Pretty nice complex and a decent rent. Property is kept up with nicely by maintenance/management. I really don't have any complaints.

These apartments are not too bad overall. The rent is reasonable, and it’s in an area where it’s convenient to get where you need to go. The downsides are: -Roaches (They are working on fixing that) -You can ALWAYS hear someone arguing -Calling the windows paper thin would be a compliment That being said, if you upkeep your own apartment and call management to keep pest control coming, it’s genuinely not too bad. If you’re looking for somewhere where the rent is cheap, necessities are close, and has reasonably-sized apartments, this is it!

Something about this place is just toxic. You can constantly hear people fighting it's dirty everywhere. This place is just absolutely a soul-sucking experience in my personal opinion. Some people may love it, but this is where Rock bottom comes to live

I was forced to leave my home because of dangerous situations there. I stayed in contact with the former owner weekly and I have the phone messages to prove it. Anyways I told the former owner I was ready to come home. He said okay and that my home was still available for me and that I could return when I was able to. Following that the former owner told me to contact the new owner. I'm not sure if he knew I would be able to or not but between the BBB and the court system I was able to get a phone number. So I contacted the new owner and told him I was returning home only to be told that the former owner gave the new owner permission to gut out my home and that nearly ALL of my belongings had been stolen. Now I don't have a home anymore. And no one will do anything to fix this problem
