First of all, the 5 star reviews are bought from incentives they offer to tenants. These people will nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING. I rent elsewhere now that has a higher base rent by a couple hundred, but the amount of insane monthly fees Westlake added on was to the point I’m actually paying less with my new rent. I lived there for almost 5 years and the original management company was great but they have really gone down hill with the new one and turned into really slimy people :( plus there were always shootings there, the pool was never open, and people smoked inside all the time, which inevitably drifted into our unit. They have several hundred dollars worth of turnover costs they will charge to your deposit and more so be prepared!!

Wow I just want to say I just moved here from Dallas and Angela has been amazing throughout the entire process. She works hard to answer every question and address every need. Highly recommend.
