Good management and maintenance who are quick to respond to problems, requests, questions, suggestions, etc. Housekeeping does a good job keeping the public interior areas clean (mopped, dusted, swept, etc.) Place is generally very quiet. Rent is reasonable and appreciate option to pay rent by check and laundry machines that still accept quarters. Good part of town with easy access to grocery store, restaurants.

Super cute rooms and such a nice place to live, with a spacious enough area for a few friends and guests. Mary Kay in the office was very helpful and great at giving information about the place. Sweet staff and lovely place, would recommend!

let me start by saying that the Maintenance and janitorial staff are some of the friendliest and hard working people I have ever met, that said I would not ever recommend living here. The community consists of mostly elderly people and people who mind their own business but recently is seems that some thieves have moved in. residents have said how their phones have been stolen or that things have been taken from there storage, and a friend of mine (who also lives here) had a package stolen from outside his door. When the package was found in the back stairwell torn open and gone through he reported it to management who told him it was not their problem and that even if it was the cameras don't work. my second complaint comes in the sneaky way the management went about raising rent. there was no notice that went out or anything of that nature, just a number change on the lease. When I renewed my lease i asked if the rent would increase and the Apartment Manager told me know, then on my next bill it had gone up by about $25 with another fee attached to each month rent around $10. This apartment has really gone down hill in the last year i would not recommend this place. *Update Just got done talking to the new manager the have returned my rent to the previous amount, and gave me credit for the months I had paid, they are also changing all the door codes and beefing up security. They apologize for the misunderstanding, looked like they are really making an effort to improve so I have changed my rating to reflect that.

Great apartments. Cheap and well staffed. Fast and courteous maintenance staff. College crowd mixed with working folks.
