Fourth floor loud, people pull fire alarm, my roomate smells like poopoo, my neighbor Caleb does not wear deodorant.

Rooms had very inconsistent AC and the bathrooms (despite the janitors best efforts) seemed to always be dirty. Rooms had a lot of preexisting damage which was later charged to me even after it was reported initially to them.

My daughter lived in Wall her 1st year at Tech. They are not bad. I was surprised how clean her room was when we moved in. They are very old dorms. Her Grandmother lived in these dorms when they were first built. Tiny rooms! She never really had an issue with these dorms except with it either being extremely cold or extremely hot in her room. She also got lucky and had a room to herself the 2nd semester, which made it a lot easier to live in this tiny space.
