Upointe is definitely a better complex than most ACC communities I have lived in. I love the consistency of events that they provide and the staff is nice. My favorite staff member is Tkia. She is super sweet, always has a big smile and is constantly helping the community become a better place. She is the reason a five star review is in order.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. The dish washer and laundry machine never worked. The cabinets and outlets were broken when we moved in and not to mention, IT WAS DISGUSTING. They are now trying to charge me over $500 after I moved out months ago for things that I had no control over. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

If I could leave a negative review, I absolutely would. I lived here for two years, and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Within the first week, our apartment flooded because maintenance forgot to reconnect the hose after a so-called repair. They brought in fans to dry it out—then had the nerve to charge us for it. The elevator in my building has been broken for over five months with no sign of repair. When I renewed my lease, they increased my rent by $200, even though the lease I re-signed listed a lower amount. They hosted small competitions for residents, and my apartment actually won a door decorating contest—but we never received the prize. Despite multiple emails and even visiting the office in person, we never got a response. And when I finally moved out, they tacked on random charges with no explanation. Save yourself the stress—this place is mismanaged and not worth the hassle.

I’ve enjoyed my stay at Upointe. Quick maintenance fixes, friendly staff, and fun events. Shoutout to Elena btw 🙌! Overall a wonderful place to live, especially since it’s right next to campus.

Please do not come here there are way better options than university pointe yes you should value the distance it is from the campus but for the amount of money being paid to live in such poor conditions is truly not worth it. I had to call the front office multiple times about the washer and dryer constantly breaking the washer is hanging off its hinges and they still feel the need not to replace it. One other thing besides the living, the internet will frequently go out, and the shortages fan last days. Please be aware this apartment does the bare minimum! When i moved in there was dust everywhere alongside and there were former stuff on the front patio that we constantly complained about to be removed but nobody came. Once again if you have any other choices please consider them before considering this apartment.
