University Club Apartments

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at University Club Apartments in Lubbock! Alize was incredibly welcoming, professional, and so kind from the moment I walked in. She made me feel right at home. 🙂 The manager was just as amazing sweet, helpful, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find a team that goes above and beyond to make people feel valued. Thank you both for your outstanding customer service and warm hospitality. You truly made a lasting impression!

Good for me

Only lived here 2 months and boy do I regret it. The manager is an air head. The leasing agent is completely snotty and rude. And absolutely infested with roaches! Maintenance? What maintenance? Those guys are a bunch of lazy no good low lifes! They don’t do anything!! Parking is a joke, they towed my vehicle from a guest spot and refused to give it back! Lost a job because of it, fell behind on rent, and instead of doing the right thing they evicted us as soon as they could over a problem they cause.. Stay away from these apartments! Just scroll i’m not the only one! They are cowards and were mad I discovered their honey hole of ripping people off in unmarked spots! It’s the gift that keeps giving

Management is friendly but the place was infested with 🪳 & carpet was damaged with cigarette ash burns when I moved in but they tried to charge me for it once I moved out although I don’t smoke!!!

The management is great especially Veronica she dose what she can to help in any way possible for her tenets
