Dana and her staff are a joy to deal with. Their “we will just handle it” approach to managing my properties is a refreshing change. No excessive calls about issues or tenant problems the are dealing with! Also, I receive my monthly rent payments like clockwork! Thanks!

My family and I have been house hunting and were pretty bummed about the process until we came across Thrive and oh my goodness what a difference this company makes! The experience working with Morgan was astoundingly better than any other experience we've had with other companies. You can tell that everyone at Thrive loves Lubbock and the community and most importantly the families they work with. The passion these guys have is so refreshing to find.
