I have had a wonderful experience at the Ranch at Vintage. Chris and Pam are awesome, and the maintenance crew is always timely. The neighborhood is so charming, safe, and well-kept. I would highly recommend this neighborhood to any grad student/young professional/family looking for housing in Lubbock!!

Have lived here for 5 and 1/2 years. We have loved living here!! They townhomes and the entire area was always kept nice and neat looking. I mean they even blow the dirt off of our front porches!! Can’t beat that!! Always friendly and professional!! By far the best I have rented from !
