The Que Apartments

People are literally moving furniture at 0500 in the morning. Bathroom had hair in the drain. Light does not work in the unit (it's already burned out and was here less than two weeks). I will be looking to find another place to rent ASAP.

They have an awning for drop-off but when we do a Uber delivery a resident always runs people off like shes a staff. N is rude but yet can stand out there n smoke in front of kids.

Lauren has been so very helpful when I have needed her. Where there is a issue that arises no matter if it is the weekend she gets right on it. She keeps everyone posted about anything going on. I Love being here under her.

Lauren the property manager. Has come in making amazing improvements. And makes her residents feel heard and important. This is what we have needed for yerars.

But what means the most isn’t just the repairs—it’s the energy and kindness the manager brings every day. Every time I come and go from work, they’re always in a genuinely good mood. That positive spirit is contagious and honestly brightens my day in ways I didn’t expect. It makes this place feel cared for, safe, and full of hope. It’s rare to find someone who steps in and doesn’t just fix problems but truly cares about the people who live here. I’m so grateful for their dedication and heart.
