Mykala has been nothing short of incredible. She is very patient, knowledgeable, & helpful. I have enjoyed my time at the Jackson thanks to her!

The grounds are kept clean and neat. The Jackson is an absolute gem and they are incredibly kind to us. They go above and beyond to help us in everything that we need. We never had any issues with bugs, mold, or anything of that nature. The maintenance men always show up promptly when we need them. Highly recommended.

New management has done an excellent job renovating the units here. Also, the playground across the street is great for families with young children and the sports fields are perfect for playing pick-up sports (soccer, basketball, etc.).

I am super happy with the new management! They have already made a ton of improvements and you can feel the whole vibe of the Jackson moving into a much safer and much nicer place to live. Check out some of the updates they have recently done.

This is starting to get real old, I get off in the morning, and this is how I see the property. Nothing is really being done about it because if something was being done, this would stop. Grab the lease and enforce the guest issue. We have residents literally letting the homeless in here as if we're taking in pets. Home is supposed to be clean and at peace. Not here. My lease is almost up and I can't wait because this is disgusting. So much for cameras and paying for gate security. Yall need to do something else. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM IM TIRED OF LIVING HERE AND SEEING FILTH!!!!
