A warning to everyone, take many, detailed pictures of your ENTIRE apartment before you leave. They will bill you for every small thing they can, they did with us. When questioned about it, they did not have evidence for these charges. After talking with the head manager, they told me that the charges would be dropped, but never were. I was threatened that the charges were going to go to collections, and management would not talk with me anymore. On top of this, the floors, kitchen, and fridge were disgusting at move-in. The rent being cheap is the only good thing about this place. You will certainly notice the savings..

I’m a resident at The Holly, and I have had such a good experience living here. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Kam for always taking such amazing care of me. Any time I have an issue in my apartment—big or small—she gets it handled fast. She follows up, keeps me in the loop, and makes sure the maintenance team gets things done right. It’s rare to find someone that reliable and on top of everything. She’s such a hard worker… honestly, give this girl a raise haha! Definitely renewing again for another year.

I’m the guarantor for Apartment 627A. We have signed leases for both Summer and Fall, and August rent is fully paid. Today, Justice Vasquez entered our apartment without notice, falsely claimed we never renewed our lease, and told her to leave immediately or the police would be called. I heard the entire exchange on the phone — it was threatening, intimidating, and completely unprofessional. This happened despite all paperwork and payments being in order. No prior communication, no record check, no apology. Just harassment. This conduct is unacceptable and unprofessional. As a large apartment community, I would expect any lease concerns to be addressed through proper communication channels or respectful communication, not through intimidation or threats. If you value respect and safety, avoid this place at all costs. Management needs to fix their records and train staff immediately. Update: The issue has since been resolved, and I appreciate the management addressing it. The apartment and amenities themselves are great, but I sincerely wish management would invest in training their staff on how to treat residents with respect and professionalism.
