The Dominion Apartments

Just moved here a month ago. Kaileigh was very helpful with the lease process. I have been very satisfied overall. My maintenance request was promptly answered. Having an attached garage was the selling point for me. Looking forward to the next several months. Update: My water heater went out. I want to give a thanks to Jose and Rudy for quickly fixing it. Thank you to the entire maintenance team.

We moved to Texas from New York and truly, the Dominion really helped make everything seamless. I feel very at home here, the space is great for a young family of five. They keep it clean here, and they get on top of every request or issue that arises right away. I really could not be more pleased. We took a chance not knowing anything about the area or apartments in town, and it was a very lucky choice. Kaileigh helped us with our move and she is always so kind and finds answers to my questions even when she doesn’t know the answer off the top of her head. Hannah in the office is so amiable. And all the other staff I’ve encountered are very polite and informative. I truly feel safe, clean, and happy here!

I have recently moved into the Dominion apartment complex. I found that all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I met Kai first and she was very helpful in finding a unit that would work for my needs. As I wanted to get back in and see the unit everyone was busy so Joe took me around and showed me the units and he was very helpful. And to pull it all together was Hannah and she helped me with all the paperwork. All of the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

I’ve only lived at The Dominion for a few months, but I’ve truly enjoyed every minute of it. From the very beginning, the leasing office made my move-in process so easy and were always willing to accommodate when I needed help. The maintenance team is quick, professional, and always gets things taken care of right away. Whenever I mention where I live, people share their own great experiences here too. The property is always well maintained and beautiful. I’m really looking forward to the rest of my time here!
