The Carlton House

I’ve lived at Carlton House for two years now, and it’s been such a great experience. I started in a two-bedroom and, as I got older, moved into my own studio, which has been the perfect fit for me. I’m now a senior earning my business degree at Texas Tech University, and living here has made college life so convenient. I use the bus route, and it drops me off at school in about five minutes, which makes getting to class so easy. It’s comfortable, well-kept, and truly feels like home. I would definitely recommend it!

Our daughter has lived at the Carlton House for three years now, and she truly loves it. It’s been such a positive experience for her she feels comfortable, supported, and genuinely at home. As parents, that gives us so much peace of mind. Whenever we come into town to visit, we stay at the Hampton by Hilton. It’s so convenient being close by, and we really appreciate the discount they offer. It’s also great knowing that the hotel and Carlton House share the same owner, which really shows in the consistency of care and hospitality. Our stays are always comfortable and pleasant. We’re very grateful for the experience she’s had here and would absolutely recommend it to others.

She feels extremely safe — she even walks to school, and when the weather is bad, she uses the bus they provide. They have security on-site every night and security cameras throughout the property, which gives us tremendous peace of mind. She’s only had a couple of minor maintenance issues, but the team responded quickly and handled everything efficiently. They’re always on top of things, and that level of responsiveness makes a big difference. We’re very grateful for the sense of security and support this community provides!

I attend the business school, and living here has been extremely convenient. One of the best features is the bus route because it takes me straight to campus, which makes getting to class easy and stress-free. I don’t have to worry about parking or long walks, and the stops are very close. The location works perfectly for students, especially if you’re busy with classes and a packed schedule. Overall, it’s a great place to live if you want convenience and reliable transportation to school.
