Justin was very helpful with addressing an issue I had. I’ve spoken to many office staff before at my old apartment complex and none of them had as much care as he does. Vanessa was also very kind and didn’t make me feel like my issue didn’t matter. They both deserve a raise, the bloc has been doing way better.

Before living at the Bloc I had heard a lot of bad things about it and about the area it’s in. But I decided to lease year for my sophomore year and it has been nothing but perfect for me and my roommates. The pool is amazing and I love living here and having my friends come over. I think it was the best place to live for my sophomore year!

I just moved into The Bloc Student Living, and the experience so far has been good. The management has been really kind and helpful throughout the whole move-in process. The apartments are modern, clean, and feel well-maintained. A big shoutout to Faith from the leasing office she’s been super responsive, friendly, and easy to talk to. She made the whole leasing and move-in process smooth and stress-free.

I’m giving this apartment a five-star rating because it has truly exceeded my expectations. The unit is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all essential amenities in excellent condition. The location is also a major advantage; it's close to Walmart and very convenient to the TTU campus, which makes daily errands and commuting extremely easy. Management has been outstanding as well. They are responsive, friendly, and genuinely attentive to residents’ needs, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally. Overall, this apartment offers a safe, peaceful, and stress-free living environment that genuinely feels like home. I would highly recommend it to any TTU student, especially those who are new to Lubbock and looking for a reliable, comfortable place to settle in.
