My Grandmother built this house in 1938. I have the original floor pans. Spent a great part of my life with my Grandmother. She would have mixed emotions but be proud of her efforts during the depression. Many memories and history for me!

I loved living here for the semester. This apartment was closer for me to walk to close than my actual assigned parking space. Super convenient.

Best location in Lubbock for people going to Texas Tech! Right behind the bookstore and across the parking lot from Chimy’s Sports Bar! Close to all things Tech!
