I would give this property zero stars if possible. Staff turnover is constant, and management lacks proper knowledge of procedures and protocols. Critical maintenance issues are routinely ignored, including non-functioning air conditioning, broken sinks, fire detectors, air filters, and heating units, while management prioritizes unit “make-readies” instead. SMH! Corporate is unresponsive and offers no resolution. Serious safety concerns are neglected, including ongoing criminal activity, lack of gate security for over four years, broken gym equipment, and an unusable pool. The property is poorly maintained despite receiving funding for upkeep. I experienced repeated lease violations, including refusal to accept my 30-day notice, improper handling of rent payments, and an attempted earlier this year as they attempted an illegal eviction following a rent increase that did not meet Texas notice requirements—while I was eight months pregnant. This property shows a pattern of neglect, poor accountability, and disregard for tenant safety and well-being. While it has potential, current management has failed residents. I strongly advise against living here.

I really appreciate the maintenance guy-he's always on top of things and super friendly. That being said, the front office could definitely improve how they delegate repairs. A little more coordination would make life easier. I'm giving this 3 stars. The maintenance guy is awesome, he gets the repairs completed. Unfortunately, having to put in requests online (several times) to the main office, the ball getting dropped on communication and coordination, which brings the overall experience down a bit.

I currently live here , DO NOT MOVE HERE BY ALL MEANS. Upon moving in my AC did not work , maintenance did not fix it until a MONTH after living there , I took multiple photos my day of move in of how disgusting the unit was , the carpets were not cleaned , stains all on the walls, mold in the pantry , nails still in the walls, scattered on the floors , baseboards FILTHY hair in the tubs and toilets , and when asked if I could get a deduction on my first months rent I was told no , and that they would not re clean the unit even though it was never cleaned in the first place. I have had serious maintenance request for months that have yet to be acknowledged despite my efforts of asking at least once a week just to be told “we are working on it” If you enjoy a clean living space and reliable help when there is an issue that was never your responsibility to begin with do not live here ! The front office staff is constantly changing and it has even gotten to a point where other apartment leasing managers are having to come help because no one wants to work here , it is disorganized and honestly a disgusting place to spend your hard earned money on .

A couple years ago, I would have no complaints living here. This place doesn’t feel much like home anymore. It continues to fall apart and maintenance doesn’t response. I had a water leak in my guest bathroom July of 2024 (a year ago) I placed several maintenance request & followed up in person. I still have not had any repairs. It smells like mold & my kiddo has asthma. We don’t use the guest bathroom bc bugs come in through the hole from where the sink came off the wall. They also raised the rent twice in 2 years. Needless to say, I will not be renewing my lease here.
