Maddie is seriously the best! She’s super nice, easy to talk to, and always helps out with whatever you need. She made the whole move-in process so smooth and actually cares about the people who live here. You can tell she loves her job and goes above and beyond for residents. If you’re looking at Stadium Apartments, definitely ask for Maddie!

I stopped by Stadium Apartments in Fort Collins and was really impressed with how well-kept and welcoming the community is. The property is clean, organized, and in a great location. Kudos to the entire staff for being professional and friendly, and a special shoutout to Ava for her helpfulness and great attitude. It’s clear the team here truly cares about creating a positive experience for everyone who visits or lives here.

I’ve had such a great experience living at these apartments! The community is clean, quiet, and well taken care of, and maintenance requests are always handled quickly. The staff here really go above and beyond — especially Ava at the front desk. She’s always so kind, welcoming, and professional every time I stop by. Whether I have a question, need help with a package, or just want to say hello, Ava is always friendly and ready to help. Her positive attitude makes the whole place feel even more inviting. I definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live with amazing staff!

What a great place to live, close to campus and very updated. I was going to sign somewhere else, but due to one of the stadium representatives, Ava, she swayed me in the right direction. She was so helpful in this moving and signing process and very easy-going. Thank you Ava!

Stadium Apartments is truly one of the TOP buildings to live in for Fort Collins. The staff and maintenance team are always on top of their game, always improving & maintaining the building to a high standard. Emily, Sydney, and Matt are always super helpful & go above and beyond in everything they do each and everyday.
