Southview Village Duplexes

From my initial tour all the way to my move in date the ladies in the office were wonderful! They worked hard to get me in sooner than planned and I am in love with my apartment!! They keep the property well maintained and all my neighbors are so nice!

With the quality of the duplexes, I hardly ever have to call him, but Johnny the maintenance man is amazing. He takes pride in what he does and is very quick when we call him. Even my 2yo son loves when he comes by. lol. The front office ladies are also great! They are very good at communicating with their tenants. We are always "in the know" about the happenings around us. They really make us feel welcomed especially when inviting us over to the main office for snacks. We been here going on 2 years and are already making plans for a 3rd. It's a small, quiet, and clean community, and me and my kiddies enjoy our walks around here. Our neighbors are pretty awesome also. Huge win.

I’m so grateful to call this place home! It is beautiful and affordable. The grass and property is always well taken care of. Kelli in the front office is very kind and really cares about the tenants and is more than willing to help when needed. Johnny the maintenance man is super kind and caring as well! He takes pride in his work and makes sure to get the job done right. Overall, I would highly recommend living here!

Tremendous level of care over this wonderful duplex community. My wife and I have enjoyed living here not only because of the cost of living, but the quality of living as well as the quality of service. I can't say enough about the attention to maintenance that we've experienced at Southview. The current caretaker, Johnny, brings a joyful amount of energy to his work and makes absolutely sure that he leaves everything in tiptop shape. Honestly glad that I was able to meet him.

My husband and I lived here for 2.5 years before relocating to a bigger place. This duplex-apartment was great because it was like a home. We had a yard for our dog and a huge kitchen area. I loved the counter space! All floor-plans are the same but it gave me ideas with how to move furniture around or how to arrange my front yard. The manager, Tiffany, was the sweetest! As long as you communicated with her about what was going on, she always worked with us! We loved living here!
