Slide North Apartments

We had a great experience visiting the complex. The place is amazing, and the management is super welcoming. Dezarae was so helpful and kind, she made everything easy and answered all our questions. We’re really excited and looking forward to live here!

The interior is fine, but management is lacking. My neighbor's dog urinated & defecated off the balcony & onto my private yard on such a such a regular basis that it not only killed the grass & left me with a mess to clean up, but also resulted in a permanent urine lining on the edges of my patio. Mgmt did absolutely nothing about it. I sent them video of urine raining down on my patio...and all they did was inform me that they'd talk to the resident.

The process of moving here took time and the staff were always helpful in resolving problems and clarifying what I had to do. After the lease was signed came a host of details to know about getting settled in and the staff always cleared up confusion when I had questions, and did it quickly. They were very reliable. On getting hooked up with internet, the office got on the phone right away to speak with a company person about it and then came to my apartment and made the hook-up steps necessary to activate service when I was unable to. I was surprised when a workman came to do a small chore at the apartment, because initially after move-in, I filled out a form and mentioned one or two things that needed attention. A knock came on my door and a workman came in to take care of the issue. It had slipped my mind but the staff had sent on what I had written before. Excellent service on details in getting settled and set-up for everything, and also from the office on the financial end of things, dealing with financial matters, payments, etc. Polite and helpful all the way around.

Love living here. Management is great, amenities are amazing but my biggest thing is the lack of AC in master bedroom . As someone who gets hot super fast this is a big no for me. During the cooler months it’s super nice but when it’s hot my bedroom is so hot and there is nothing they can do to fix it. My other friend who lives here also said the same. Another key point is the sealing of the doors. A ton of dust gets in through the doors, windows, etc and it’s super annoying

Thank you Slide North for two amazing years of living! To anyone considering moving in, I highly recommend you do so! The community is well-maintained, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the team goes above and beyond. Also, special shout out to Dezarae in the leasing office for always being so welcoming, kind, and responsive. Her warmth and professionalism truly reflect the spirit of Slide North. The management is lucky to have someone like her representing the property!
