Signature Apartments

i love living here! Any time i put a maintenance request in they are always on top of it and it would get done the same day! Maintenance and the property management are amazing! neighbors are nice and the area we live in is quiet. Plus, the 2 minute drive to costco is always nice! I would recommend living here to anyone! I would like to add that they always keep the pool and the gym clean! Living here for almost 2 years and i love it! Thank you Signature! Edit: Brooke is so sweet and so understanding!

I absolutely loved living here. The apartment and area were so clean and peaceful. They kept the ground so so clean and were so caring. I was sad to leave these apartments. I never had a single issue here. Maintenance was so fast to respond to any issue. Also huge dog park nearby so that was wonderful. Staff was so nice.

From January 2023 to October 2023 every time it rained my apartment flooded. Bree the property manager is the worst person I have ever met. I called her regional manager 8 times because of the continuous flood every time it rained and never got a response. Contacted an attorney and was let out of my lease early because the lease was incorrect. My deposit was not refunded because of repairs that had to be done due to 5 floods due to rain and was blamed on my dogs! I only hope that anyone that sees this reconsiders leasing here. They not only did not make it public the apartment was built on a flood plain, but the Property Manager Bree has is the worst human ever! Do not lease here. Multiple apartments flooded every time it rained and we all lost all most everything we owned and were told to fill on our renters insurance. Which here doesn’t include flood damage. I will provide more pics and video if anyone is interested DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Really kind management and maintenance! Pool was super great and so was the gym. The location is AMAZING especially if you have a dog and walk them a lot like us! Super close to any shopping you need and the area feels very safe. The only downside (and things I wish I knew before hand) about living here was how dark the apartments are (not the best layout bc there are only 2-3 windows in the entire place), not very nice appliances, no door pulls on the cabinets, and if neighbors are loud you can 100% hear them. And while it was nice to have a backyard for our doggo, it made the apartment floors way dirty because it’s straight gravel back there. And if you don’t take care of the yard in the summer, weeds grow like CRAZY. So make sure to stay on top of that. We really enjoyed living there, just sharing what I wish I would have known before hand!

I enjoyed living in this apartment complex although there were a few things broken prior to move in that were never fixed even though I let them know about it. During move out I didn’t have an issue , but I received a call today that I owe a balance and that they would be sending me to collections. I was shocked . I have rarely if ever been late for paying my rent and I have been a pretty decent tenant. Obviously I had no idea about the fees and she informed she sent the email which I believe but I just didn’t receive it. Instead of offering an extension she said that she would send it to tenant tracker by the end of the week and they would deal with it from there . This is not my first apartment but they have definitely been the first to charge me after move out and to be so callous after clearly knowing that I was unaware of the fee. Also they will charge you a carpet cleaning fee which I don’t recall being discussed prior to move out. Edit: they offered me a long extension and were very gracious about it.
