Little rundown, maintenance is slow, find a lot of little things here and there. Moved in with a number of problems: shower not draining, sink leaking, half the lights are burned out, but did move in quickly and rental company has been nice. Looking forward to what it might be after all the renovations. After living here for almost two years things haven't really changed. Communication is unfortunately worse and I hope they can improve in the next year.

Nice enough place and the rental company's management is great too as they worked with me to get me in a place when we had little time to give them notice.

The owners and management are great. They are working hard to upgrade the property and are very responsive to requests. The community is small but has 3/3 and 2/2 units with a tall fenced courtyard that is private to each unit as well as communal address. Each unit also has 2 covered parking spaces included.
