Property management’s staffing decisions are reckless and poorly thought out. Several staff members have been let go in recently months including the on-site groundskeeper. As a result the property is visibly neglected and birds poop is the most concerning given they carry diseases.

My daughter just moved there last week and has said to me that she really likes it it’s close to school and feels comfortable HOWEVER!!! Lubbock just had a couple wind monsters roar through town and she and her roommate were never told there IS NO STORM SHELTERS!!! Extremely neglectful to offer housing in Texas without storm shelters. As a father I would like to thank the young tall long hair maintenance man. My daughter said he stayed out to the last second keeping neighbors calm offering help and telling them what to do. Please install storm shelters and give that man a raise!
