I wouldn't rent from here. They just sold the property again and it seems that the previous owner took the insurance money from the hail storm back in June and left. Nothing has been repaired all the apartments that have broken windows still do the roofs got beaten up and nothing got done. We've been here 8 years and the property has gone down hill big time it's poorly lit at night, the gated entry hasn't work in many years, people like to leave there dog poop everywhere so when it rains this place stinks real bad. The rent is ridiculous for not getting much of anything. Now last night around 2 am to 3 am 1-1-2026 someone shot two shots off from a shotgun not far from our front door and left the shells two were spent and one wasn't. It doesn't help that our gated entry hasn't work in years.

DO NOT RENT HERE. The city was hit by storms more than a week ago. They have left their tenants without windows. They didn’t board up windows. They haven’t even reached out to the residents. Mind you THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW DOING THIS. I call to tell them and all they do is hang up on you. So now I will be having to reach out to my lawyer. I am girl that lives alone with no windows. I HAD TO PUT TARPS UP MYSELF.

After moving from active duty back to Texas this place accepted us so this was my first home on my own with my family. This place was promising especially with the only information we had being photos from online. Upon moving in we noticed gate that was supposed the be coded not work for the entire year and management was super slow for anything, no discipline for animal feces being left everywhere, double charges of rent somehow, extremely poor roads, etc! You can find a way place bigger and for cheaper with amazing management than this place. Poor window seals, cracks in ceiling, poor locks, uneven doors that are hard to open… the list goes on. Find somewhere worth your money and better infrastructure. THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS THE MAINTENANCE GUY HE IS AWSOME

My boyfriend and I have been living in a two bedroom apartment together and we thoroughly enjoyed living there for the first month. However, after recent discoveries, we have noticed that our dishwasher does not work and our oven doesn’t even heat up. We also discovered that we have been charged for a pet deposit every month and have yet to be issued or even heard a response about a refund. My boyfriend has called the leasing agent multiple times and has left multiple messages and gets 0 response. I would not recommend living here unless you enjoy not getting a response for the apartment you pay for.
