Do NOT live here if you like to sleep in and/or keep your door/windows open on your days off because they let people just leave their dogs on the patio that barks ALL DAMN DAY! have gone to the office and apparently nothing they can do about it. 1st of all this is animal ABUSE its doesn’t matter if it’s rain, shine, or snow! We will not be renewing our lease due to this issues! I didn’t want to leave a bad review but this is the only way I can bring attention to this issue.

Dog waste is absolutely everywhere around the property. I’ve personally stepped in it and tracked it into my carpeted apartment, which forced me to clean my own carpet. This is a serious cleanliness issue and needs to be addressed by management.

We took an apartment tour with the lovely Sheryl and immediately felt at home. Compared to our experience at another complex, the difference was night and day. Sheryl is professional, an absolute joy to work with, and a true asset to the leasing office! She's taken amazing care of us every step of the way and has made moving here a supportive and smooth transition. These apartments are perfect if you’re looking for quality and affordability. They’ve checked all of our boxes and more. The maintenance team has also been wonderful, our experience with them was great along with everyone else we’ve met here. We HIGHLY recommend requesting Sheryl for your tour and move-in process. Thank you for everything, Sheryl!

We have really appreciated the office staff from the beginning. They have made the moving process less stressful than we thought it was going to be. Sheryl was wonderful from the moment we met her and gladly answered any questions or concerns we had. Move in day was a breeze and we’re getting settled in our apartment. Our kids love the playground & the pool & our neighbors have been so nice. Thank you Retreat staff for making our move so much easier.

I have lived here at the retreat for going on two years. I cannot be more happy to renew my lease with such a wonderful team of people. Yes, work orders are created but that’s living in apartments. I would recommend living here because Noah is truly so helpful, kind, patient… I could go on. Joyce really handles the issues with ease and care. She hops on tasks as soon as I bring anything up. I recommend living here if you want quiet, calm living with a sweet and kind leasing office who is eager to help.
