I would give this property zero stars if possible. My experience with the front office staff, specifically Hali, and management, including Theresa, has been extremely disappointing due to the lack of professionalism and communication. I formally requested to cancel my lease, yet I received little to no response from the office regarding the matter. Despite having text message correspondence with staff, my unit was incorrectly declared abandoned. This situation was handled very poorly and caused unnecessary stress. Additionally, I have concerns regarding the handling of my apartment and personal property. I was informed that no one had entered my unit, yet there were clear signs otherwise. I also experienced issues involving my delivered packages, which is very concerning. Overall, I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before leasing here. My experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and unacceptable.

It needs maintenance. It's losing its beauty, without water to maintain the green areas.

Been living here for a year and have been liking it.. No issues and renewed my lease a couple weeks ago. Had my first maintenance request today and it was taken care of fast! I appreciate the two front girls for helping me out and the maintenance guy who came and helped.

My daughter lived here during college, graduated in December, and I have to say we both hated for her to move away for her new job, We were hoping she would find a apartment community she loved as much as she did the Renaissance, sadly its not the case where she is now She was treated so sweetly anytime she had an issue, and always felt appreciated The grounds are kept nice, and she especially loved the pool area, and how quiet the community is most all of the time, no place is perfect, but her experience was very positive., its hard to find a comfortable apartment community, where everything is kept up, most places we have experienced simply get you in the door then you notice things slow start to not be kept up, but the Renaissance did a great job of staying on top of things!
