It is very close to campus and made it convenient to get to class. Management is great. They make sure you’re taken care of, they answer any questions you may have and any requests put in to fix stuff is normally done within 24-48 hours. I enjoyed living there for 3 years. If you’re looking for somewhere close to campus that’s affordable, I’d check it out.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Raiders Pass. The community is really quiet and nice (especially if you're a researcher and need some quiet time to focus). There is a beautiful lake right here with a patio if you really like enjoying a walk in the evenings. The property manager, Latayshia Reggans, is really the best manager - always friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. Whether it's shifting to units, answering questions, or helping with any maintenance concern, she has always assisted me and has been very considerate. You can always find her in the office, and she treats everyone with courtesy and respect. The maintenance team here are qualified professionals—very prompt and able to resolve requests, which I really appreciate. Their office staff is very cheerful and welcoming, and always ready to talk to you. There are a bunch of cool events happening now and then, where you can join them. You can know of these and a lot of other things if you follow them on Instagram. Overall, I like it here - its peaceful.

The office staff is nice and friendly. The living spaces themselves are comfy and well sized. The swimming pool is very nice, just watch out for the sun at certain parts of the day, and the hot tub is very comfortable. The nearby lake is nice too, I like seeing the occasional ducks.

I strongly advise future residents, especially international and Asian students, to be very cautious before signing a lease at Raiders Pass under this new management. During my time here, I experienced repeated issues including unfair and inflated charges (especially on electricity bills and other fees) that felt unethical and non-transparent. When I tried to raise concerns, management was unresponsive and dismissive. There also seems to be a clear pattern of discrimination: service orders and maintenance requests for Asian residents were consistently delayed or ignored, while other residents received faster attention. Many residents I know have decided to move out because of these issues. My recent violation notice is a good example—management issued a fine based on a photo taken while I was actively cleaning and carrying trash to the dumping station. The trash was not left unattended, yet a penalty was imposed without listening to my explanation. Until there is a change in management, I strongly recommend that Asian students and future residents look elsewhere for fair treatment and professional service. Update – September 16, 2025 After one month of moving out, Raider’s Pass management added new “damage” charges ($637) against me, clearly in retaliation for my earlier honest review. These charges are completely false — I have photos and videos taken before move-out proving the unit and furniture were returned in the same condition as received. The so-called “damages” are fabricated, and this feels like direct revenge for speaking up. This shows a disturbing pattern of management targeting residents instead of acting professionally. Bed Desk Replacement – $192.00 Bath Cabinet Replacement – $320.00 Kitchen Paint (1/3) – $50.00 Common Area Paint (1/3) – $75.00 (three entries of $25.00 each) Total: $637.00 See the attached photos, taken right before returning the apartment, including the common area and the kitchen. There were no damages, and the unit was actually cleaner and in better condition than when I first received it.

My partner lives here and I hear and have seen first hand how bad the facilities and the management are. My friend also moved out of here and in with me during our time as graduate students because of how terrible the property is. First of all, look at the most recent reviews, do they not sound AI generated? I can promise you no one is singing praises of this property. Second, the reviews you hear about roach infestations are true. Luckily my partner lives on the third floor, so it's probably not as bad as those on the first, but the infestation still persists. Then they have the audacity to charge for further cleanings when it's due to their poor service! As the picture attached shows, they don't clean their pools. This is how it looks in July 2025. This photo is not edited in anyway, this is simply how it looks. Let this be an indicator of how well they take care of their property and tenants generally. Third, they take advantage of international students, which seems to be most of who live here due to the relatively lower rent prices, but you are sacrificing a lot in terms of care for tenants. They use typical marketing practices of making you scared that rooms are going to run out if you don't renew your lease. Trust me, there is an abundance of vacancies here; nothing is filling up. Their maintenance and pest control teams are either at worst just not doing their job altogether or at best doing it poorly or incompetently. Then they provide no proof of completing them too. After my partner had their dryer "serviced" for not drying clothes properly, the maintenance said there was nothing they could do, not even replace the damn thing, despite it leaving black streaks and stains on clothes after drying. Lastly, they have a dumb practice of not letting you get your packages as soon as they're delivered. You have to wait for them to send you an email telling you you received the package. Like seriously? Even after showing an ID and confirmation that the package was delivered through the delivery service, you have to wait for YOUR mail? Maybe it seems petty, but THIS is the one thing they're going to hold steadfast to? Not taking care of the freaking complex? If you are a student looking for cheap housing, I can promise you it is not worth the trouble at this place. Look elsewhere because the years spent here during your studies will cause undue stress dealing with the incompetent and predatory management. You will lose time and money arguing with these people, and it's just not worth it. They haven't changed their practices and they're not going to.
