Since me and my roommate have lived here we have loved it! Maintenance is super kind and responds extremely fast! I also really appreciate how they help accommodate for disabilities. I have issues hearing and I got deaf friendly fire alarms installed with no extra price, and they even offered to help me install deaf friendly doorbell if I needed to! The place is also very quiet and I haven’t had even one issues with any loud neighbors.

Awesome place to live! I’ve really enjoyed living at Quaker Pines Apartments. The staff here are super nice and always take care of things quickly — you can tell they actually care about the people who live here. Any time I’ve needed help, they’ve been friendly and easy to talk to. The whole place is really clean and well kept. The lawns always look good, the buildings are taken care of, and the common areas stay spotless. It’s obvious they put in the effort to keep everything looking nice. It’s also a pretty quiet and comfortable place to live. The neighbors are respectful, parking’s not a hassle, and the overall vibe is just relaxed and welcoming. If you’re looking for a place that’s clean, peaceful, and managed by good people, Quaker Pines is definitely worth checking out!
