This building was hit by an F5 Tornado in 1970 and somehow survived. Whoever built this tower is a LEGEND.

This community is truly peaceful and beautiful place to call home! I moved away for a while, and decided to come back, because I didn’t realize how much more peaceful this place was. It’s not only affordable but also an incredible value for the comfort and quality. Patty and her team goes above and beyond to keep everything safe, clean, and welcoming. I highly recommend living here—you’ll love it just as much as I do!

The elevators has been out of compliance for almost two years. I wouldn't recommend moving here. Patty the property manager lies about the rent and then tells you the true rent after you sign the lease. She'll tell you that the rent is based on your income, but it's not. The property should be low income but they charge $1000 for a two-bedroom They set the limit on what you can put your thermostat to. The apartment doesn't have an out ventilation or exhaust fans. This makes the apartment very dusty. You will need an air purifier. They allow tenants to have more than 1 big dog breeds. Hallways leading to your front door smell like dog feces and urine. The elevators always have dog urine in them. There's only one maintenance man. He walks around acting more like a security guard than fixing things. He lies and tries to enter apartments without permission. The Staff is very untrustworthy. You can't smoke in the apartments, but they have police patrolling the designated smoking area. There is a general store located in the lobby of the building but everything is so expensive you can't afford it. The carpet in the residential floors' hallways, doesn't get vacuumed or shampooed. It smells bad...
