They are by far the best landlords I have ever ever ever rented from. Me and my family very much appreciate them, they always go the extra mile for us, hands-down, I definitely recommend them.

I have been renting here for the past 3 years going into my fourth and I absolutely love my landlords. They are always prompt on getting things fixed when called about anything maintenance or having to meet up to pay rent and get receipts. I recommend them to everyone looking for a nice home. My boyfriend has been renting with them for at least 7 years since he has been in Lubbock.

I lived in Bob's property at 1906 Main St back in 2009. He and his colleagues were always attentive and responsive. They respected us as tenants and were always pleasant to interact with. It was by far the best living experience I had while I was a student.

I love Bob, Vince, and Marilyn! They are the best staff and the best landlords ever. Seriously, we love them and they were always so helpful... We will miss them and would recommend them to anyone. We stayed at 2104 14th Street in Lubbock and it was a great, old house! Blessings.

Bob and Marilyn are the absolute best!! When I originally started renting from them, I was just blown away by their kindness and understanding. I had previously lived at a student living, off campus apartment and the landlords were terrible, so I was really nervous to have to deal with that again. But absolutely not, any problem I had was handled within a day or two. They are so welcoming at the office and really, genuinely care about their tenants. Vince, the maintenance guy, was also really great. Super nice and I trusted him to go to my house when I was at class. He was also really great with my dog! All around great people, if I could rent from them forever, I would. 10/10 recommend.
