My husband and I toured with Crystal today. The clubhouse was very nice and clean, and the apartment we toured was beautiful! Crystal was very friendly and informative. I would recommend anyone to come take a tour with Crystal!

I like living here but there's little things about this place that drive me crazy. The valet trash people literally refuse to take cardboard boxes, even if the boxes are broken down and flattened. There have been multiple occasions where I've put my boxes outside on trash day, and the people will take the trash bags but not the boxes. Another thing that is SO annoying is the gate at the entrance works properly like 60% of the time. But that 40% when it does not work literally drives me insane. I got home from class one day, and the gate would not open. Instead of leaving the gate open while fixing it, the office people told me I would have to wait 20 minutes to get inside the gate. What if I had an emergency? What if I was running late for something? Literally so dumb. Also, last night, I came home from a long drive back from DFW, and the gate would not open!!! Another resident drove in behind me, I was hoping their gate sticker would open it, but no, nothing. I had to get out of my car and go put my code into the keypad so the gate would open. The other resident agreed with me that the gate situation is ridiculous. It is so shameful that a sticker to open the gate is $50, when the gate does not even work. I have seen much shittier apartment complexes that have apps or clickers to open the gate, instead of a sticker and censor that does not even work half the time. I have friends that live at other complexes in Lubbock who pay less for rent and have gates that actually work.

Showed up for a tour and nobody showed up nor opened the office at 1 pm as it was suppose to be open. To me that seems unprofessional considering I’d received confirmation email of the tour and a reminder 2 hours prior.

These apartments have a modern design with an open floor plan, very bright and clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Responses to service requests are rapid. We absolutely enjoy a worry free living style here.
