Kennedy Ridge Apartments

I have experienced ongoing issues with maintenance in my apartment. My A/C has been out for four months. My dishwasher has not been properly secured for about six months and had a strong odor for most of that time. Recently, my toilet started having problems. I was told that because there are around 100 residents, I would need to be placed on a waitlist for repairs and that management cannot keep coming back for “every little thing.” The toilet was supposedly fixed last week, but it has already stopped flushing again. The repair was done on a Friday, and since the office is closed on weekends, I am now left without a working toilet until they reopen. It is extremely frustrating to repeatedly request essential repairs and face long delays. It feels like maintenance concerns are not being prioritized. If you are looking for a low-cost apartment, this may be an option — but be aware that you may experience long wait times for repairs.

I love living here and the management is amazing at working with you and getting you in to an apartment in a fair amount of time. It was definitely a blessing for my kids and I. Ashley is the one who manages the place and she is amazing and super kind hearted.

I have been a resident at kennedy Ridge for two years and I haven’t had one single problem. Ashley, the property manager is amazing and she’s so accommodating and her maintenance crew is just great as well! They are always there the same day. Every time someone is looking for a place to stay or move to, I always refer them to ashley because I know that she will take care of everyone!!! Thank you ashley, for being so amazing! Definitely five stars and two thumbs up!!

Best place to live peace and quiet… Ashley is One of the best manager in a few I had before Always nice and on top of my work order's there isn't anything better then having a manager that you can count on!! Thank you Ashley!!

I highly recommend Kennedy Ridge Apartments to anyone looking. I love living here. .. The manager Ashley is 100% the total best . She goes out of her way to make sure everything is OK for everyone here . She is always pleasant and helpful and understanding . You could not ask for a better property manager.. This is a very peaceful place to live.. everyone is is very friendly and respectful .... I am happy as could be choosing Kennedy Ridge as my home .
