I see why these apartments have a low rating they don’t keep they’re word nor know what’s going on they say one things then change it communicating with three different people they state the apartment is ready but not even close to being done there is a on going roach issue they say march is free rent but non of the apartments they have are available I asked them to fix two small issues may I add after going through the apartment and stating it was ready these where issues that should of been a concern when they redid everything but was careless this is a example of what you’ll be dealing with if you choose to sign a lease with this property nothing but unanswered questions and problems the manger Ariel was unapologetic didn’t seem to care for the inconvenience

If I could give a million zero stars, I would. It has been hell living in these units since we moved here in July. And in that year, we’ve 1) had our unit switched on us last minute after we had already given 1500+ dollars just to move into our promised unit… now that the scandal about the last manager being in on the robbery ring came out, this doesn’t surprise me and I now believe that money was stolen from us 2) a leak from upstairs because our washer drain hose wasn’t connected. 3) toilets that constantly overflow in the whole building from a broken man line in the building (maintenance has to come at least once a month to fix it) 4) a completely flooded downstairs apartment due to the plumbing issue and lastly, 5) YELLOW JACKETS that are STILL infested in the chimney and in our walls of our home, where we have an 8 month old baby. They were told about this LAST summer. Windows broken, carpets dirty, and broken locks are also issues we’ve dealt with. Possible mold with all the water damage I'm sure… Even with new managers, no one has fixed these issues or answered our calls, or fulfilled any work orders for these issues we’ve put in. Our living situation is inhabitable. I was 9 months pregnant when we moved here and everything has been a disaster since…I almost never post apartment reviews bc you have to take them with a grain of salt but please think twice before you move here. Theres currently a Yellowjacket in my house I’ve been trying to kill bc they keep getting into our house from the walls… no one is doing anything and we are miserable. If I could post the video of our flood I would, but these were the clear screenshots I could pull from that video. No one answered our calls for an hour while our home and items were being destroyed bc of a long lunch, and no, they did not seem to care and offered no apology from the office, nor a solution to fix it….FROM NEW MANAGEMENT. Do not rent here if you can avoid it. All of this since July 2025, it’s not even been a full year y'all.

Not the worst, but not great. A solid 2.5 but I’ll give a 3 since that’s not an option. The apartment isn’t bad itself, but a lot of people do drugs here and as others stated the hidden fees. Of course price isn’t so bad for what you’re getting so that’s also why I rounded up to a 3. If they didn’t have so many people always getting high to the point that everything just reeks of the different substances then it would be a solid 3.5 and if there weren’t so many added fees it could legit be a 4, however the drugs and fees ruined it for me.
