Elm Creek Apartments

My husband and I just moved in and we noticed some things that were left dirty or messed up. My husband told the office and they were extremely apologetic and sent in a work order immediately! 10 minutes later we got a knock on the door from the maintenance guy, Issac, and he got to work fixing everything! And he is the sweetest guy! My husband and I are very happy here. It’s also been so quiet and peaceful. I have not heard a single neighbor. This place is definitely an upgrade from our last apartment! Recommend 100%!

Very quiet neighborhood. I’ve met most of my neighbors and all were very friendly. I also had a leak with my kitchen sink and they came in and fixed it the same day! Jacklyn at front desk is very helpful and informational about any questions or concerns I’ve had. I plan to stay here for a while!

My fiancee and I felt very taken care of during our 2+ years we lived here. The staff was always welcoming, knew us by name, and were prompt to improve any issues, which were very rare. The neighbors we had were kind and quiet. We always felt safe and the location is close to shopping and a great park. We only left because we moved cities, but we would have stayed here for a long time. I cannot recommend a better apartment complex than Elm Creek.

If you are looking for a great apartment, you have come to the right place. I lived here for over a year and would recommend this amazing apartment complex to anyone! Marcie, the Property Manager, is the absolute best!!! Elm Creek should do whatever it needs to keep her around! The apartments are conveniently located and well maintained. Not many apartment complexes offer such convenient parking, as you get to park right in front of your building/apartment. Additionally, Marcie is always on top of things. If you need maintenance done, their maintenance person is extremely professional and great at his job. Lastly, everyone at the office does a fantastic job. I have never lived anywhere where they remember you by name. Even though I rarely visited the office, they always knew me by name and were very welcoming. 11/10 RECOMMEND - you won't regret it!!!!

Elm Creek has been the single best apartment complex to live at in my almost 7 years in Lubbock. Marcie is incredible and sees residents as individuals rather than walking checks, and the entire complex is kept up really well. Every time I had a maintenance request, it was handled in a timely manner without my needing to fret over it. Parking is great, the other residents are quiet and courteous, and having a small yard for my dog was a really nice option. If I weren't moving across the state for a new job, I absolutely would stay at Elm Creek for a long time. It's almost ruined me for other apartments, which is the highest compliment I can give.
