In the short time I’ve lived here I truly feel I have found my forever home the staff and community are amazing would absolutely recommend only thing I would say is disappointing is the neighbor noise I have 2 sound machines noise cancelling headphones and still hear surrounding neighbors if you’re not someone who has a work life or problem with noise I would recommend also don’t ask management for solutions Kim is absolutely terrible and if you’re not a favorite tenant then expect no help

Deerfield has been welcoming and attentive since we moved in almost a year ago. The landscaping and property are well maintained, and the amenities like pool and dog park are great! As a single mom, safety is very important to me; I feel comfortable walking my dogs around the property. Neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves, and it’s surprisingly quiet even though it’s next to a busy intersection. Hidden gem for sure.
