As a Tech student I couldn't have wished for a better place to live than Clark Apts. Walking distance to campus & Walmart, peaceful neighbourhood and most importantly caring owners. They keep the place immaculate and manage the property very well. As an international student they made me feel like home. 100% recommended

I stayed here during my first year in the US. The landlord, Sharon, is really nice and she always helped me out when I counter some issues. Neighbors were also very nice and kind. The most important things are that they respect each other and are quiet. I can settle down in the US very well because of their help. I would like to say thanks to Sharon again. Sometimes I really miss this place.

This apt. probably provides more bang for the buck based on my experience. The room is spacious, and clean. The distance from the tech is possible to walk. In addition, the area is safe!!!

We lived there for 1 year. It's our first living experience in the US and it was wonderful. The landlord couple are really nice and help us a lot. It's 10 minute walking to Tech, which is even closer than most Commuter parking at Tech. Nice neighborhood and walking distance to Walmart. Highly recommended!

Clark Apartment is in good location since Walmart is nearby, 5 minutes' ride on a bike and walking to Texas Tech University Campus. What I like about the apartment is the landlord couple. Both of them really care about your life at their apartment. If anything happens, they are very attentive and care for you. You can meet people from international background and enjoy different culture there. If you don't have a car, the landlord gives you a ride when you need it. My stay is rather a short stay of about a year, but I am enjoying my stay in this apartment.
