I love that they were so respectful of the fact that i was not home the first time they went just my 17 yr old was and she told them id be back at 4:30 or so and they came back without being upset. They were quick and always friendly. Thanks guys for making it comfortable and easy to talk to yall about what is going on with whats messed up!

My home is safe and clean. Maintenance stays on top of everything. If something needs to be fix, it will get done immediately. Office staff is professional and friendly but I’m sure swamped with work. I’ve enjoyed our year here. Thanks.

The on-site management team is doing what they can, but their hands are tied—nothing gets approved without corporate authorization. Meanwhile, residents are left dealing with ongoing maintenance issues, including roof leaks that have been ignored since March. Every request for help is met with the same excuse: “We’re waiting on corporate approval.” Emails to Birge & Held and the regional property manager go unanswered. It’s clear that corporate management has little concern for the residents or for supporting the on-site staff who are trying to make this a livable community.

So I moved in here a year ago. The first couple of months were horrible. I even wrote a bad review, but I deleted it. Because I have to say with the new manager, I can see things improving very well And the new construction that they did to the apartment looks much better and classier it don’t look ghetto My apartment looks so much better with the new stove, fridge, and dishwasher I got more happier when they told me that they provided washer and dryers because I was still paying on mine and i no longer have to and that saves me money !!!!
