Brickstone Villas Apartments

The Brickstone VIlla maintenance team is amazing. They are readily available to troubleshoot any issues and are extremely responsive to concerns and are courtesy and professional when addressing and repairing the issue. Zack is a rock star. Within a matter of a couple days he repaired an AC issue which I thought would take a couple of weeks to complete. He displays a positive and very approachable attitude. Greatly appreciated. Never has there ever been a more hype management team. They know my name, remember things about me, and are genuinely interested in my well being. The maintenance crew is also fantastic. They address requests quickly and thoroughly. My apartment was clean upon move-in, and everything was as advertised. I feel safe here, and love the community Brickstone provides. 12/10 would recommend!!

Have been living here for almost a year, I can definitely say one of the best places I have stayed at! My dog cookie and I absolutely love it and the staff! Maintenance always comes when I need 10/10, I love how they deliver our packages to the front desk especially working crazy hours and not having to worry about someone stealing my packages! Cookie and I absolutely love the front office, the three women are amazing, so kind and considerate, really makes me feel welcomed every time I walk in! Highly recommended for a home!

I am having such a great experience living at Brickstone Villas. The management team is truly amazing friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I need. They make the community feel welcoming and well taken care of. The maintenance staff is also incredible. They respond quickly, fix things the right way the first time, and always treat residents with respect. It’s clear they take pride in keeping everything running smoothly. I absolutely love my one-bedroom, one-bath apartment. It’s spacious, comfortable, and feels like home. The layout is great, the environment is quiet, and it’s been the perfect place for me to live. I’ve never had any issues with neighbors or with other residents’ pets. Everyone has been respectful, friendly, and easy to live around, which makes the community feel even more comfortable and safe. If you’re looking for a place in Lubbock with great people, reliable maintenance, and quality apartments, I definitely recommend Brickstone Villas!

Just wanted to say while we were initially excited to move in and felt very confident in our decision to live here. We very quickly realized this was going to be a rough 12 month lease to complete. Our kitchen sink clogged and overflowed the first week we were there. I understand things are not going to work perfectly all the time but maintenance should be more than competent to clean up after themselves. He left chemicals all over the counter and floor and we have a cat who loves to lay in the kitchen. My car got broken into because I left it unlocked definitively my fault on that end. Our neighbor told us it had happened a week earlier to my car I went and spoke to the ladies at the office just to let them know in case they needed to let anyone else know and I was met with a we know. Well I wish I would’ve had that opportunity to know as well! car break-ins are an issue faced by many apartment communities in town, as large properties with frequent traffic can be easy targets. I get the following statement above but if you have police on the scene of the apartment and multiple residents were affected send a text!!!!!!!!!!!! We had issues with this apartment every month to the point where it was exhausting to even live there because there was always something wrong and to clean up after. Call it bad luck, old apartments or whatever you want but it was too much. Our upstairs neighbors are always loud and do not expect anything from the courtesy officer. I wanted to like living here but honestly I’m more exhausted than anything.
