Branchwater

The management and maintenance staff are top notch and do their very best to address our concerns. I have never encountered any problems there. Having resided in both the 1BR and 2BR apartments, I can say that they are both on the small side, yet still a good size for two people. The rent is reasonable for apartments of this square footage, but where these apartments really stand out is with their pet policy. The fenced dog park is nice, but it can sometimes be crowded and annoying when irresponsible dog owners don't pick up their dogs' waste. Overall the pet deposit and lease rules are great, and I can safely say Branchwater Apartments make apartment life easier for dog owners. The complex offers on-site laundry facilities, but I find that they can be hit-or-miss. At the best of times it would seem half the dryers work correctly, but the washing machines usually do their job. On the upside, it is reasonably priced. I will end by saying that this property has great access to grocery stores as well as various eateries, and with quick access to the loop, getting anywhere is hassle-free. If you're looking for a laid-back and quiet renting experience you would do well to choose Branchwater.
