AI Property Summary
There appears to be a misunderstanding regarding the property's location. Bobcat Ridge, located at 10184 Co Rd 32C, Loveland, CO, is primarily known as a natural area with vacation rentals nearby, not a student housing complex in San Marcos. However, there is a student housing property named Bobcat Village in San Marcos, TX, which is designed for Texas State University students and offers furnished apartments with amenities like a pool, fitness center, and in-unit washer/dryers. This Bobcat Village in San Marcos is located across from Bobcat Stadium and along the Bobcat bus route.

This is probably one of the nicest equestrian trailheads I have ever been to. Other places should take note, because this is the primo way to do it and is so appreciated by my friends and I! The parking is great, the hitching rails next to each spot have soft sand footing underneath, there is a frost-free hydrant for water, the bathroom is super close, there is a nice big mounting block, and the trails are excellent. Thank you so much for creating space for us!

Lovely bit of public land that is great for hiking and all kinds of exploration, west of Fort Collins and near the crossroads of Masonville. Trails are well maintained and lead up into the foothills, and are great for trail running. There are pit toilets at the trailhead, and great parking. Views are awesome near the top.

Good place to hike. Nice parking area, and there's a toilet there. There is not much coverage in terms of trees (like none due to previous fire), but the trail was good, and you can see a long way off. Nice views. I tried to go again, but even though corex said it was open, the gates were closed. I figured it was because it was a red flag day and very windy. I'll try again another time.

Great hiking trail. Mostly open space without tree coverage. Loops of 4 miles and 10 miles. Hikes thru some fire scars. Interesting sites: vintage cabin and indigenous tepees rings. Restrooms and covered picnic tables available. Short paved walk at trail head for wheelchair access.

Such a beautiful experience. I highly recommend this area if you're seeking something close. There are easy/moderate/difficult paths available. Such a family friendly place. Horse friendly and mountain bike friendly!
