The entire team was amazing to work with they were very fast and easy and the apartment is very nice and maintenance gets in very quick!

Bella Villas has been nothing short of an amazing living space. Bree and Madison are both really nice and respectful, and maintenance is quick to fix an issue. I would recommend Bella Villas for anyone looking for a place to live. 10/10 experience.

I do not recommend this place. At the time of move in we paid a $300 deposit thinking we would receive it back but at the time of move out they claimed it was a “security charge” which we were never informed about. We moved out in November after being here for 2 years just to be charged 700 for “cleaning fees & damages” me & my husband are adults what kind of damage can you do that’s worth 700 dollars. We came back & cleaned the whole apartment before we turned in our keys. Our apartment was on the corner near the grass & we repeatedly asked the front office if there was something they can do about the sprinklers that went off every single day including in the winter. My husband’s car was left with harsh water marks that still are on there, we spent over 800 dollars in car detailing. They told us to park across the street. We also got both of our cars broken into while we stayed there. We were paying over 1200 in rent but still were charged for every single thing I can go on and on.

I am a current resident i have had issues since moving in the dryer provided never worked and they accused me of lying when it clearly didn’t work . I am a single father and unable to use the gym because my daughter is not allowed in the facility . Also while i work I've been advised my mother cannot watch my 10 yr old daughter at the pool so she cant swim and enjoy the pool because i am not present . Unable to use any amenities while paying full price. If you are a single parent they don't care at all and have no exceptions that can be made . I will be leaving as soon as lease is done Good luck hope this helps someone else

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Please don’t live here, save yourself!! They are the worst place I’ve ever had the displeasure of living here in Lubbock. All they want is your money. They charge ridiculous charges for every. single. little. thing. Also if you do unfortunately choose to live here, take photos of everything before you move out because they will make up charges as to how you left your apartment at move out and charge you nearly $500. Also make sure you actually are getting a large backyard if you request one, they won’t tell you there aren’t any available until you realize on move in day then you step into your backyard and it’s not what you asked for. I could go on and on about how horrible this place is, I have plenty of friends who also live here and have had issues of their own. Do. Not. Live. Here. Save yourself the headache and frustration of having to deal with their nonsense!! DON’T DO IT! Also the good reviews you see are because they offer discount on rent if you leave them a 5 star review 😀😀 Editing to add that they addressed some of my concerns and were willing to make a few adjustments with my move out charges which I do appreciate.
