I’ve lived at this apartment for almost 5 years. Apartment management has always been super helpful. The place is safe and affordable. A good apartment for especially a young individual moving out for the first time.

Super safe, reasonable rent, friendly staff!!!! I have lived in 6 apartments while in Lubbock and this one was the best by far. I lived in a large studio and absolutely loved it. Maintenance lives on site and will be at your door immediately and he’s super nice! Never any break ins, never saw any bugs. 5 min drive to TTU. I lived alone and always felt so safe. Thank you bear creek!! ❤️❤️

This place was my first apartment and likely the best I'll ever have. I stayed here for two year while I was going to Tech. The management is super nice and fair, they always responded promptly to maintenance issues (within the day) and the community itself is very quiet and welcoming. Plus, you really can't beat the price, especially for the one bedrooms. Definitely the place to go. I'll miss them for sure!
