Aurora Flats

Ashley, one of the team members in the office at Aurora Flats, is truly one of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve come across. She took the time to really listen to what I was looking for in an apartment, especially with having my two dogs, and made the whole process so much easier. It’s rare to find a complex where the staff genuinely cares and goes out of their way to help, and I really appreciate that level of support. Not to mention the complex is extremely clean and nice.

I recently applied to this complex because of the convenient distance from work and other stores. (Great location) The application process was seamless thanks to how professional Ashley in the office was. She was beyond kind and took the time to answer every question I had. This location is perfect for anyone new to the Lubbock area. It’s close enough to retail stores to get groceries and apparel, all in walking distance. It’s close enough to Texas Tech to be there within five minutes by vehicle. I’ve done my research prior to applying and this was the best bank for your buck! Highly recommend!

Living at Aurora Flats has been a great experience. It’s close enough to campus to be convenient, but far enough away from the chaos, which makes it a perfect location. The amenities are well maintained, the apartments are comfortable, and the pricing is very reasonable for what you get. Ashley in the office is always friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about residents, and Chris on the maintenance team is awesome—responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to help. I also really appreciate seeing weekend security on site and knowing there’s an anonymous hotline to call if there’s ever a noise issue.

this place is insanely mid for what i was paying. the floors are super uneven and dont align with the baseboard. be ready for there to be a new maintenance guy every other month and for them to know how to do nothing !!! they are constantly shutting the water off multiple times a week and the office is NEVER OPEN!!! even during office hours the property manager will lock the door to “take calls” or to “have meetings” for hours at a time. the washer/dryer units they use aren’t clean and don’t work half of the time either. there are MANY other places in lubbock where you can get more bang for your buck. i’d honestly take your money elsewhere!!!!
