We absolutely LOVE apex villas! We moved in around July of 2025 and they made the application process and the move in process a breeze! The office and maintenance staff and beyond amazing. They are so kind and whenever I come in for packages we just talk about our personal life, work, etc just like we were long time friends. We also have a peace officer on the property, which puts me at ease knowing my safety and if something were to happen I won’t have to wait long for responders. The location is also about 7-10 minutes from Texas Tech which is really nice that I don’t have to worry about the traffic of off campus apartments across the street. Overall these apartments are so beyond amazing, and if you are going back and forth between locations, you will NOT be disappointed with Apex Villas!!!!!!

My husband and I have lived here for over 2 yrs since the beginning we have loved apex! It has been the best experience deff 5+ stars, Amanda and office staff are 10/10. I could go on and on how great apex villas is to make it your home but the place speaks for itself self :)

My son currently lives at Apex Villas while going to Texas Tech, and he absolutely loves it! Everything is well kept up, and the whole area feels safe. Amanda and the whole office staff are absolutely fantastic! Maintenance is always super quick and so friendly as well! Definitely would recommend to anyone, family or student, to check it out. :)

My son attends Texas Tech University and has stayed at this Apex Villas for the last 2 years and it has been wonderful. Area is quiet & clean and the rental office is very proactive and pays attention to its tenants. However, I have to give a special thanks to the property manager Amanda Hughes! She has been so wonderful! Always helping and accommodating . She is absolutely a delightful person! Thank you Amanda for all you did for my son and my family!!! I would definitely recommend any students to stay at this complex!!!!!

Apex villas is truly the best place you could decide to live in Lubbock. When my roommate and I moved in, the apartment was deep cleaned and had no damages. We immediately were welcomed by the staff with welcome coffee mugs, and since that day they have been so sweet and helpful. They truly care about us as people, not as customers. One instance, we were away from home and believed we left the door unlocked, the sweet staff checked on it for us and called us back to confirm it was locked. In addition, the amenities are so nice and always so clean. Also, you can't beat the fast and helpful maintenance. They ALWAYS respond and fix the issue by the next day, and they are so respectful of our space when they are in it. The cherry on top is that it's always quiet and we have the sweetest neighbors all around us. Apex Villas is truly a great community, not just an apartment complex that only sees us as money in their pockets. LIVE HERE!!
