Long story short: Amazing first time apartment with a few cons that make the experience an 4/5, not a 5/5. At the end of the day I recommend these apartments. I just heavily detail the cons as that is what most people are curious about. Pros: Quick maintenance during the school year (slow maintenance during the summer). Extremely close to campus (15 min walk to LSC). As a woman I never felt unsafe living there, well lit at night, maintenance would knock before entering the apartment for routine maintenance. When the desk is closed CC’s are on duty to give people temp keys after hours, so no one will be locked out for the night. Residents are not required to repark during football games. Walls are decently thick. In my two years of living there I only had issues with WiFi about 10 times, strong and reliable for daily evening video calls with friends and Minecraft level gaming on servers. Cons: Expensive, I lived here for two years (fall 2022- spring 2024) and before the second year they upped the price from 780$ to 830$ with no apparent benefit to residents, perhaps this money went to leveling up resident events if that’s your thing. Rooms feel smaller than advertised, I lived in Cottonwood 3 bedroom and I just never thought the dimensions were right. Desk is always closed at random evening hours sometimes as early as 6 pm, which compared to the dorms where front desk is usually open until 10 pm, this has been inconvenient at times. Parking is extremely competitive and expensive, if you haven’t bought your parking pass it’s probably already too late lol, seriously get on waitlist as soon as possible. Another issue with parking is during football games they close the lot with, at best, barricades that can be moved to the side, and at worst, with cops who are clueless and won’t let you park in the lot, so try not to drive on football days (this parking advice only applies to the 580 lot).

No major complaints. I lived here for two years in a 2-bedroom. I suppose the only downside is that there is only one bathroom, and you could probably find a 2br/2b place without too much trouble. The rooms are also a bit small. But that's listed on the website, so it's to be expected. It's a fairly modern apt complex and the location near campus is hard to beat. Having the W/D in unit and utilities included with rent is quite nice. Front desk staff are friendly, though I don't know how quickly they respond to emails/maintenance requests (I never needed to submit one). All-in-all, I don't regret choosing this apartment complex.

Overall I was happy with my time at Aggie Village. I lived there for 2 years in a 2 bedroom and a 3 bedroom. I lived with friends so that definitely helped the experience. Pretty quiet, good maintenance and response from management. I also liked that all utilizes are included so you just worry about rent and a parking spot if you need one. It is very hard to get a parking spot so that is something to consider and visitors will get a ticket if they park in the lot.

I'm on year three of living here and have had very few issues. I'm able to park relatively close (1/8 mile in a garage). Maintenance is amazingly fast, even when the issues are small. I've only ever had one big issue (washer basically exploded), and it was resolved within about a week and a half. The apartments are small and have very little storage, but I'm not sure what else can be expected with an apartment this small. It's very clearly just a step up from the dorms, but it's workable. The ceilings are incredibly high, which is amazing, and the windows are really nice. My main issues have mostly been the other people living in apartments near me. However, he apartments are soundproofed enough that noise is not really an issue. I think I've heard my upstairs neighbors two or three times total this semester. The cost is reasonable, given the convenience factor and the inclusion of utilities, especially when compared to apartments that are similarly close to campus.

I've lived in quite a few "campus apartments" during my college years and Aggie Village proved to be a very adequate experience overall. The apartments themselves are nice enough however it seems as though no matter which one you move into, there's always some evidence of the previous tenant. Whether that be poorly covered markings on the walls, somewhat sketchy furniture, or beaten up appliances, there's always something but it's never so bad that I'd feel the need to really complain about it. Aesthetically they match whatever color theme that particular building is which is pretty cute. I'd recommend hanging up some posters or paintings because without wall decorations they kind of look like hotel rooms. What really surprised me was just how small the apartments are. I lived in a unit in the Walnut building that was shared with another person and there seemed to be absolutely no space to store anything. The bathroom was tiny (the bathrooms here only had a stand-up shower and a toilet), the kitchen had *maybe* two cabinets to store food in and a large shelf above the sink, and the common spaces were way too small for the amount of furniture they stuff in there. The bedrooms were really small as well with barely enough room for a desk and a bed. And easily the tiniest closets I've ever seen. For about $800 a month, you don't really get a whole lot. With that being said, I can honestly say I never really had a negative experience here. The complex is close to campus. There are no crazy guest policies. Maintenance is relatively prompt. (Although I had to get paint patched on my wall and it was done pretty poorly.) The appliances are pretty good. (A microwave would have been nice but the in-unit laundry is a HUGE bonus.) The mail can be pretty slow but that's such a small thing it's barely worth mentioning. Overall not a bad experience and if you need a place to park they have that but it's pretty pricey. If it's your first time living away from home and you don't really know how to live by yourself, these apartments are great because everything is included, they're conveniently placed on campus, they're quiet, and not super "dorm-y".
