I’m sad to see Noelani go to Raiderpass I loved her at 25Twenty she always made sure living there was safe convenient and I was taken care of from helping me get my key in order to staying late to help me receive my package she organized great events and she will be missed! She made my experience there so much better Thank you Noelani Rodriguez

Front desk lady seems to think it’s not her job to be there, always has a horrible attitude and seems to not know anything. Also management is horrible even when being helped infront of management the issue is no different management seems to be just as incompetent as some of the other employees. ZERO HELP FROM STAFF

Genuinely the worst place you could live. There are a few benefits of living here some being close to campus and the stadium etc. But if I could do anything in life I would go back and never sign my lease here. For the past 2 years i’ve had nothing but bad experiences here. My current is the fact that i’ve been living with black mold for the past year unknowingly yet maintenance knew. Broken washing machine leaking into rooms, dryer never worked, had so much lint it should’ve caught fire. AC broken for months yet with many service request maintenance never cared. My roommates car was broken into and many others. If you see the pattern everything is broken here, I have too many examples to write. So if you’re thinking about signing here please save yourself.

The worst student living you could possibly imagine. My car was broken into and nothing was done. Our AC was broke during the summer meanwhile many service requests had been put in and nothing was done until my parents got involved. Don’t even get me started on the black mold.

This complex has been nothing but headaches, and given the amount of rent charged, better service and living conditions should be provided. Any issues addressed are never resolved in a reasonable amount of time. My son was without a kitchen sink for almost 2 weeks and an A/C, during the summer months, for almost a month. Each instance, maintenance 'thought' they knew the issue so always looked for the quick solution that never worked. They blamed my son for pouring grease down the drains that clogged the sink. Funny though because the sink clogged and had backup when my son was gone from the apartment for a week. When he returned, he noticed debris in the sink and the area around the sink was wet. Then the A/C issue, they blamed my son for adjusting the thermostat to much. Again he was gone for a few days and came back to a hot apartment. Maintenance said that the unit had froze over and he would just have to wait which is understandable if that was the issue. This went on for about 2 weeks before they finally determined it was an electrical issue. The living room furniture was ripped upon move-in. I guess there's a reason why they don't show you the actual apartment that you will be living in before you sign a lease. Please be careful and document everything. The property manager was ALWAYS 'in a meeting' when I would call to address any concerns or wanting an update on maintenance workorders. I called and asked for Corporate's number since the property manager was 'in a meeting' and she magically was available to take my call. I am left with a final bill after move-out which includes a fee for Liability Insurance that was paid with the last month's rent and a fee for a Missing Mailbox Key. We have not been able to access the mailbox the entire year because the key does not work and we never got a replacement. My son asked staff to open his mailbox when he turned in his keys and fob upon move-out, and they were not able to. They kept the key and said they would let management know and now we're getting charged for that 'missing' mailbox key. I wish we would've stayed at the previous apartment my son was at but we moved him to this complex because it seemed nicer. The hallways and stairways always have trash and the locks on the doors to access the complex are broken or doors are always left open...so much for security!
