Lived here for two years total. My first year was fine, but once new management took over, the experience deteriorated significantly. The most serious problem was recurring mice. I experienced at least five separate incidents and went through three removals thanks to the onsite maintenance guys. I truly appreciate them for everything they helped me with! And for this I have documented photo evidence. Despite this experience and proof, the front office repeatedly denied sending their pest control guys (Gafford) to my unit, essentially leaving me to continue to deal with the situation on my own. That kind of dismissal from management when there's a documented health and safety issue is unacceptable. On top of the pest issues, there was repeated yard maintenance fees with little justification, that only begun the year the new management arrived. Overall, my second year here caused a tremendous amount of unnecessary stress. There are plenty of other apartment options in Lubbock. I would strongly encourage anyone apartment hunting to explore those alternatives before considering this property.

Beautiful space!! The staff is amazing and attentive. The pool is nice and they keep everything clean. I would definitely recommend everyone here.

Wonderful layout and it has a beautiful pool and a gym…The staff is wonderful and they keep the place lookin great! Looking for a great place to live … this is the place !
