I lived at The Meadows for 3 years throughout my college years, and I had a wonderful experience. Ms.Deidra the manager was always so helpful, kind and responsive. Anytime I had an issue, management/maintenance would promptly take care of it. The apartments are clean, safe and affordable. I can’t say enough good things about these apartments and management. If you’re looking for an apartment with good neighbors, in a safe area, well priced and with good management, then this is place for you.

I’ve been living here for 6 yrs, it’s a beautiful and quiet property. Mrs.Deidra is truly one of the best as well as her staff. It’s clean, quiet and they work so well with late rent payments, they give you more than enough time to pay and are so understanding. I highly recommend these apartments. My son and I truly couldn’t be happier, we love it here.

I moved into my apartment in April and had a FANTASTIC experience. Kenya made my move in super-easy. Everyone was friendly and professional. Whenever I had a a maintenance request, it was addressed same-day. It was quiet and safe and no one ever bothered me, my cars, or packages that were delivered on my porch. I've had packages sit on my porch for over a week without being disturbed. If my job had not relocated, I would've never have left. I'm truly going to miss it and wish I could pick up the complex and the staff and take it with me to Dallas.

I have lived here for almost a year and have had no real issues. Only problem was pur neighbors brought in bed-bugs and they got into our apartment but as soon as the managers knew they quickly dealt with the issue and did not charge use for the extermination. Every interaction with any of the apartment staff has always been pleasant. Would recommend to anyone who needs an affordable place to live on this side of town.

I moved here from Austin after I got a divorce. The office staff and apartment manager were really amazing in getting me into an apartment ASAP since I was living in my car at that time. The apartment itself is HUGE for the price that I'm paying for it. Any time that I've had a maintenance request, it is fixed THAT DAY. Also, I'm a writer and freelance editor, so I work from home. I need me some quiet in order to work, and I've never had to put up with loud neighbors in the five months I've lived here. I've lived in apartments my entire adult life in numerous cities (Chicago, Minneapolis, Denver, and Austin) and I've never had such an affordable place to live with a staff that is attentive to my every need. I don't know what's up with the negative reviews of this place. It has not been my experience AT ALL.
