I lived at Scofield Townhomes for a year and it was a great experience. Molly and her husband were quick to respond to the couple of minor issues that arose and took care of them promptly. I didn't have any problems with pests or any noise from neighbors. It is a quiet and peaceful space and I would live there again. My mother has lived there for over a decade and has loved it as her home. Molly keeps improving on the property and the location is convenient. Stores, restaurants and antique shops within minutes, you'd never know it's in the middle of town!

We’re loving living here in Scofield Townhomes! 10/10 Molly is the best landlord we’ve ever had, she’s super quick with responding or any maintenance needs!

The owners are amazing and quite frequently on site and always available. They keep the place updated and looking nice. I love living here.
